Class of 2025: Why It’s Crucial to Book Your Senior Portraits Now
To make sure your senior pictures are ready for grad card orders, parties, and slide shows, let’s explore the AMP timeline to determine how early you should schedule your session:
Session Day to Gallery Delivery: This period involves selecting and editing your photos, uploading them to a personalized gallery, and sending your custom delivery hub. Typically, you’ll receive the digital images within 3-4 weeks post-session. If you’re interested in grad cards, albums, or other products, plan for additional weeks to meet your goals.
Grad Card Design to Delivery: From the time you order with AMP, we work diligently to design, proof, and print your cards, aiming for doorstep delivery in 2-3 weeks. Remember to send out graduation and party invitations at least 6 weeks in advance to give guests ample time to plan. Grad announcements can be sent anytime from May to August.
Senior Product Design to Delivery: For albums, signing portraits, gift prints, and canvases for your grad party, order at least 3 weeks before your event.
Planning for Invitations: To send out graduation and party invitations, book your session 9 weeks ahead to allow plenty of preparation time for inviting family and friends. For this timeline, aim to schedule your session for early April.
Planning for Grad Announcements Only: Book your session at least 6 weeks before your events. Therefore, schedule your session by mid-April at the latest and believe me, you DON’T want to wait until SPRING to book your senior pictures!
