Because we can’t predict when the first snow fall will be… We have come up with the perfect way to schedule snow sessions… This has worked for us the last three years…
- After confirming you are interested in booking… We collect a non refundable retainer from you and add you to our ever so popular Snow session list… Your portrait agreement and model release form will also be signed at this time… Collecting this retainer and signing these forms ensures that we are both committed to working with one another this winter.
- After booking, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have some outfits put together between the months of December-Mid March… This is typically when Albuquerque receives snow on the back side of the Sandias…
- The first heavy snow fall,I will begin contacting people on my list to see who has their outfits ready and who is available to shoot within that week… Typically when it snows in the Sandias the snow lasts about a good week or longer up there… I will go down my list in order…
- If you are not ready or contacted at this time, I will be in contact the following snow fall … This process will repeat throughout the winter until everyone on my list is taken care of…
- My Winter snow list is limited every year to ensure that I am able to get all of my seniors take care of within this timeframe…
