“I first had seen Athena’s work through a lot of my peers at school and decided to contact her about booking a session with her. She was so quick to respond and had kept in contact with me about everything I wanted for my pictures. From the locations to the outfits to the makeup Athena was there and had amazing input. We chose outfits that were very chic and in style but also in my comfort zone that made me feel confident. We also chose locations that went with each of the outfits but also kept it very close to home to capture the beauty of New Mexico and where I’m from. The shoot went amazing and I had a wonderful time working with Athena. She’s so fun and she’ll definitely get you out of your comfort zone when it comes to poses. She really captured raw moments throughout the shoot that I don’t think anyone else could. I loved that I was able to shoot at multiple locations and switch into different outfits .
